If we can dream it ... we can do it!

Friday 13th November

Children in Need

  • Join in with Joe Wicks at 9:05 today where he is currently completing a 24 hour PE Challenge.
  • Play a game of 'The Floor is Lava', where you cannot touch the floor and have to move around the room using anything but the floor.
  • Can you draw a picture of Pudsey the Bear? Try to use the correct colours.

Talk to your grown up about times when we need to be quiet and times when we can be loud eg we need to be quiet when someone is sleeping or when we are listening to someone read and we can be loud when we are running around outside.

Mark Making

If you are beginning to do so please remember to practise to copy the letters in your name. For everyone else, please practising drawing anticlockwise circles and lines with pencils, crayons, chalk, sand and a stick, paint or water and paintbrushes. This helps us to develop our muscles so that we can begin to write when we are ready

Talk Time

Have a talk about the reason why we fundraise for Children in Need. Talk about looking after others and being kind to everyone.

Learning Break Ideas

  • If you have a ball in your house, can you play catch with an adult. Count how many times you catch it without dropping it.
  • If you do not have a ball, you could use a rolled up piece of newspaper or a ball made of socks.
