Primary School

If we can dream it ... we can do it!

This week we are finishing our history topic we started before the holidays. In history we will be experiencing what school was like for Victorian children. Here is a reading comprehension about Victorian schools for you to read. When you have read it, can you identify where each paragraph starts and stops and sum up in one sentence what each paragraph is about. Then have a go answering the questions.

If you have finished and still have some time left, find out more about Lord Shaftesbury and what he did to improve Victorian childrens' lives.

Can you write it into a mini report to explain what he did?
