In PE this half term, we are looking at athletics and assault courses. Are you able to set up an assault course in your back garden? Can you jump left to right? Hop on one foot 10 times, skip or hula hoop for 30 seconds. Who can you get involved at home? Can you race each other? What other obstacles can you use? BE CAREFUL NOT TO INJURE YOURSELF!
If you can't do an assault course outside, how about some Cosmic Yoga on Youtube? There are many activities online for you to try. Two of my favourites are Trolls and Harry Potter Yoga - what is yours?
