Go for a bike ride / walk

Hula hoop

Go for a walk / run /bike on the treadmill / exercise bike

Set up an assault course in your garden - can you jump over anything? Crawl through a tunnel? Skip 10 times? Balance a beanbag on your head and walk in a straight line.


How many times can you do your assault course in a minute?


What other creative ideas can you think of for getting some exercise? Are you apart of any dance / football / cricket / gymnastics club where you have skills to practice? Try doing those and ask your grown up to send in a few photos.
