I have attached a net of a dice below. you can print it off, decorate it and make it - make sure you can still see the spots! Now, when you are feeling anxious, worried or upset, you can roll the dice and do the numbered activity the dice landed on. Having the dice means that, when you are feeling bad, you don't have to think about what technique to use. You've already picked what works for you!
