Last week we thought about being kind to ourselves and to others. We thought about the choices we make and how they effect others. We learnt lots of different relaxation techniques and picked our favourites to use when we are upset or angry.
This week we are going to think about how special we are. Why is it important to think of ourselves as special? In order to be kind to ourselves we have to know and love ourselves. That doesn't mean we think we are perfect - but it means we know we are good, important and we deserve to be loved.
