School Values and Intent

At Ladywood Primary School the wellbeing and happiness of our pupils is paramount in everything we do.

We aim to inspire our children and seek to enable all pupils irrespective of gender, cultural background and ethnic origin to realise and achieve their potential. We have high expectations of our pupils and aim to foster both excellence and enjoyment through our curriculum.

We aim to provide a high quality, stimulating learning environment which shows off the achievements of our children and gives everyone a sense of belonging and pride in their work. We believe that pride fosters respect and hope to instill a life-long love of learning and respect for both themselves, others and the environment around them in all our pupils.

We aim to deliver a lively and engaging curriculum that supports the needs of individuals, we believe in having dreams and high expectations and in challenging ourselves, and our children, to achieve them.

We pride ourselves on providing a warm welcome to everyone who walks through our doors and want our school to be a welcoming, caring and safe place at the heart of our community which supports children to achieve our school intent, summed up by our motto:

'If we can dream it, we can do it!'
