We do our best to fund activities from the school budget and to minimise any cost to parents. Throughout the year children participate in many educational and other visits/activities, we follow guidance issued by the Local Authority and, where we are unable to fund an activity in full, we may ask parents for a voluntary contribution towards the cost of providing the activity.
No child will be prevented from participating in an educational activity if parents do not contribute. However, if there are not enough voluntary contributions and the activity can’t be funded by other means, activities may regrettably be cancelled.
