  LADYWOOD PRIMARY SCHOOL

Requires:

KS2 CLASS TEACHER MPS for SEPTEMBER 2019

Ladywood Primary School is an excellent school.  We are committed to the education of the whole child.  We strongly believe in the importance of social and emotional education and practise ‘THRIVE’ within school to support our children; academic success is only possible if children feel safe and are socially and emotionally literate.  We are enthusiastic about PE and the creative aspects of the curriculum.  Our school ethos promotes positive attitudes and high aspirations and our children are taught to respect each other and our planet.  We value all children’s contributions and teach resilience.  At Ladywood we celebrate successes, wear a smile and live by our motto – ‘If we can dream it ….we can do it!’

Ladywood Primary School was graded as ‘Good’ with outstanding features by Ofsted in May 2013. This was upheld by an Ofsted short inspection in January 2018. Visits to our school are warmly welcomed.

We are looking for a strong, energetic and dynamic teacher with the same vision and ethos of the school to teach in KS2. The vacant position includes half a day planning, preparation and assessment non-contact time.  The successful applicant will have QTS status.
