SMSC & British Values

At Ladywood Primary, we develop and promote British Values throughout our school and within our knowledge rich curriculum. We believe it is vital that our pupils develop a strong set of values and principles. Our pupils develop an understanding of what it means to grow up in British Society.

We also ensure our pupils develop Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural understanding. We aim to develop SMSC through our rich curriculum, behaviour expectations, wider curricular opportunities and our attitudes in school.

A key part of our plan for all pupils to become valuable and fully rounded members of society who treat others with respect and leave school fully prepared for life in modern Britain.
