Firstly, we looked at the cover and thought about what we would like to find out about lighthouses.
We then found out what the main parts of a lighthouse were.
We then found out the different ways that sailors used to find their way.
We then found out about the Cordouan Lighthouse..
We also found out about other famous light houses.
We also learnt how you can tell different lighthouses apart.
We then answered some retrieval questions.
We found out the skills you needed to be a lighthouse keeper and then had an interview to find the best person for the job.
