We then recapped on what we remembered about the Industrial Revolution in Victorian times.
We found out more about George Stevenson and the positives and negatives of the railways.
We have found out more about inventions in the Victorian Era.
We found out what the British Empire was and which countries were included in this during Victorian times.
We watched some videos and made notes about what it was like for children working in the mills, fields and mines in Victorian times. We then wrote up our notes.
We went to Bradford Industrial Museum to learn more about what it would be like at a Victorian school.
We learnt about how the first police force we set up in Victorian times and looked at some of the punishments there was for different crimes. We had a go giving out our own punishments.
