As parents/carers are aware, the industrial action has now ended at Ladywood.
The Leadership team and Governing Body have retained a professional silence throughout the redundancy consultations; schools are places of education, not battlefields with victories to be won. That said, we did feel the need to speak out in light of trade union claims of a victory.
